Have an iPhone 4 with a faulty screen. Only the touch screen not working (not registering any touches). I believe you can purchase a screen and digitizer for roughly $15 online if you know how to replace it yourself.

All other buttons work perfectly fine.
Condition of phone is pretty good. Cosmetic is mostly hairline scratches and paint chips along the metal bezel. See the following picture for what I mean of the condition of the bezel.
