Screen protector and covered case has been on since day one. However, it will be removed for cleaning before being sold.
Comes with box, adapter head but no cable as the rubber end is frayed and earpiece (used) for hygiene. However, you can have either/both if you request for it.
Refurb set so battery is less than 1 year old!
Mostly kept in drawer as I upgraded to iPhone 6 Plus in mid december.
