Local telco set, bought on 3rd Nov 2014 with receipt. Comes with full box with unused charger, USB cable, earpiece.
Physical condition 9.5/10. No dents at all.
Applied tempered glass screen protector since day 1 though since the sides of the Note 4 is curved, the screen protector doesn't fit perfectly (tried a few brands, still the same). In a TPU case since day 1 too. The only cosmetic flaw I can find is a light mark on the bottom near the charging port area if you look under a light source (see last image).
Looking to sell at around $780.
